We offer Second Class UK Royal Mail Returns. If you use this service please note a postage charge of £2.50 will be deducted from your refund. You can use our pre-paid postage label which you will find on the returns form. Returns accepted within 14 days of receipt of goods. Items must be returned in an unworn, saleable condition with all tags and labels attached. Please note: for hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on lingerie briefs. We're sorry we are unable to offer exchanges : Refunds only.
