Beach Hair Inspiration for Bikini Babes
Beach Hair Inspiration for Bikini Babes
13/05/2016 By southbeach
You’ve picked out your new South Beach bikinis, you’ve got your eye on a few of our cover ups and kimonos, and you’ve even planned out the accessories to match. But before you jet off to your own little piece of paradise this summer, there’s one thing you can’t forget. Every self-respecting bikini babe needs to get their beach hair on fleek. So here’s some beautiful beach hair inspiration from some of our faves…
Beach Bomb Locks like Shay
Our girl Shay is oh so sexy. But she doesn’t really need to try that hard. She’s perfected her all black one piece ensemble with some stylish black shades. And her hair just completes the look with a one-sided, voluminous do. To copy this style, simple let your hair go wild and let the natural sea salt add some texture to your locks.
Hair tip: If you don’t fancy dipping your head in the sea, try a sea salt spray instead and use sparingly at first to test the effects.
Soft Beach Curls like Gigi
Gigi Hadid is the ultimate beach babe, not only for her amazing beach bod but also for her amazingly effortless beachy look. That includes her tousled blonde locks. If you can’t tame those tresses though, you can steal her hairstyle by creating soft curls at the bottom of your hair. Don’t overdo it with the curling iron and remember to keep the waves loose. Hair tip: To create a bit more volume at the top, try adding a root booster or a gentle backcomb!

Surf Girl Waves like Blake
Blake Lively’s always had her beach hair totally on point. But we especially love how natural this shot is. If you want to be as natural as possible (how boho, darling!), our tip is to let it all hang and don’t do anything at all. Let the knots, stragglers and flyaways live freely. Because remember beach babes, neat hair sucks in the world of sun, sea and sand…
Hair tip: Avoid hair products altogether and step a-way from the comb!
