Spaghetti alle Vongole is a much-loved Italian coastal meal but to make it healthier, you can substitute the pasta with ‘courgetti’. If you haven’t purchased a spiralizer yet, you can try replacing the pasta with wholewheat spaghetti. Enjoy this delicious meal al fresco style and imagine you’re at a chic restaurant along the Amalfi Coast.

You’ll need:

Clams

Splash of white wine
