OMG it's January again!! People are going to be starting to get bikini ready for this Summer. By following these simple tips, you can start working towards your fitness goal - and pass this onto your Customers to help them advise their customers aswell:You Don't Need A Gym Membership
// Exercise regularly
Whether its just a 20 min run or an hour at the gym, incorporating a workout into your routine will help you get toned. BUT don't worry if you don't have a gym membership. Start weight training – lifting weights helps you burn calories while gaining muscle to tone up - you can order some cute weights on amazon. Or even just skipping or walking up and down the stairs for 20 mins - start small!
// Invest in some new gym gear
Sometimes you just need that extra bit of motivate you to get ready and go to the gym.New Gear New Year!
// Drink Water
Its important to stay hydrated especially when your exercising. Drinking water also helps boost your metabolism, cleanse your body of waste, and acts as an appetite suppressant. It is recommend you drink 3/4 litres of water a day - if you start in the morning you can easily get it in! If you don't and try and cram it in, in the afternoon - its hard work trust us! Make you're stocked up on all your fitness accessories to help your customers to stay hydrated in style - and keep a track on how much they've drank at the same time.Drink, Drink, Drink!
// Drink a little coffee
If you’re a coffee drinker like me then this won’t be difficult, caffeine has been found to boost your metabolism, it also increases your energy levels so that you burn more calories. HOWEVER, don't drink too much! Too much has the reverse affect and is bad for your body and slows down your metabolism. Some people say have a cup of coffee a day for 2 weeks then have 2 weeks off and continue the cycle.
// Start Yoga
Yoga has so many mental and physical benefits. Yoga can improve your flexibility, strength and posture. If you are used to working out and getting a sweat on - Yoga can be seen to be just sitting around, however it can make you sweat and even if it doesn't it still helps your core and gives your body a work out. // Eat Healthy
Eating healthy doesn’t have to mean you can’t have tasty meal - but the key to getting fit and loosing weight is 90% what you eat! Put on your cosy PJs or loungewear and spend the night in trying out a new healthy recipe - it doesn't have to be hard, you just need to make sure you have the ingredients in - so get prepared! Even though people are focussed and keeping fit in the new year - they'll still need their loungewear to chill in after a hard workout! So make sure you compliment a range with some more lounge styles too!Loungewear
// Cut the Sugar
Liquid calories such as Fizzy drinks, juice and alcoholic drinks are more fattening than you think. Although not all of us have the will power to do dry January, monitoring your intake will also be beneficial - have Slim-line tonic, or diet versions - they have much lower calories! Choose wisely if you do go out for dinner - have the salad rather than the fries, lettuce wrap instead of the bread! #Sorry But don't forget its ok to have a cheat day every now and again - other wise you start to crave things!Choose wisely...

Start following a few fitness people on social media - to start inspiring you! They'll give you workout tips, ideas and before and after images to boos you! There are loads out there but @SheBeast has good stories of her group bootcamp sessions!
