I’m having trouble signing into my account.
You must sign into your account before you shop with us or if you want to see your orders. If you receive a message saying your email / password isn’t recognised, click ‘Forgotten password’ and type in your email address, and we will send you an email to reset your password. You can checkout as a guest but then you wont be able to track your order or keep an eye on what you've bought previously. We also send you useful information on new items that have gone onto the website if you sign up so you can hear first.
