You may return your un-worn order for a refund within 14 days after receiving your order.

You MUST request a return online from your account BEFORE you send any goods back, this must be done within 14 days of receiving your order - we will then approve or disapprove your request. You then have 7 days to send the goods back to us. Any goods sent back without being logged online and approved may not be accepted. If we receive goods without requesting a return or if the goods are after the 14 days you will not be eligible for a refund and you will have to cover the cost for us to repost your item back to you.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be un-used and in the same condition that you received it. It must not be worn, washed or altered in any way. Returns will not be accepted if the original swing tag or hygiene sticker has been taken or cut off.

 

Unfortunately it is not possible to exchange an item for a different size. If you wish to receive a different size, we kindly ask you to place a new order.

For UK RETURNS you can return using the prepaid label and drop off at any Collect+ drop off point. Search here for your closest drop off point. You will be provided with a tracking number so you can track when our warehouse receive it (please keep this tracking number safe until you have received your refund) - please allow some time for us to check and process your refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund and a deduction of £2.99 will then be taken from your refund to cover the cost of shipping and processing.

For EU / US and REST OF WORLD INTERNATIONAL RETURNS:

These are to be returned at the customers own cost and must be recorded / signed for / proof of delivery (not postage) - as South Beach can not take any responsibility for lost returned parcels. Please send to: South Beach Returns, Warehow Ltd, Units 1-6 North View, Langwith, NG20 9DE, UNITED KINGDOM.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund of the products returned.

Please allow up to 7-10 working days for returns to be processed once we have received them. If for any reason we cannot issue a refund we will contact you.

Please note the refund can take up to 5 – 7 working days to reach your account depending on your bank.
