You may return your un-worn order for a refund within 14 days after receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be un-used and in the same condition that you received it. It must not be worn, washed or altered in any way. Returns will not be accepted if the original
swing tag or hygiene sticker has been taken or cut off.
You must request a return from your online accounts portal and wait for it to be approved before you send your goods back to us - if you don't we can't guarantee we will be able to refund you.
Unfortunately it is not possible to exchange an item for a different size. If you wish to receive a different size, we kindly ask you to place a new order.
For UK returns you can use the prepaid label and drop off at any collect+ drop off. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund and a deduction of £2.99 will then be taken from your refund to cover the cost.
For EU / US and REST OF WORLD INTERNATIONAL RETURNS - these are to be returned at the customers own cost and must be recorded / signed for / proof of delivery (not postage) - as South Beach can not take any responsibility for lost returned parcels. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund of the products returned.
If for any reason you have misplaced or do not have a returns label please email us and we will send you a replacement to print out - enquiries@southbeachswim.co.uk
Please allow up to 7 - 10 working days for returns to be processed and to be received into your bank account once we have received them. If for any reason we cannot issue a refund we will contact you.
